Welker Liquid Eliminator Knock Out

Knock out unwanted entrained liquids from entering your sample cylinder.

Obtain a representative sample even in the presence of liquids. Install the Welker LE2KO at the sample point to prevent entrained liquids, condensed hydrocarbons, glycol and amines from entering the sample stream. The LE2 is mounted horizontally, allowing the liquid droplets or slugs to drop off of the membrane and drain back into the pipeline through the probe mounted ‘stinger’. The LE2 Knock Out can easily be adapted for use with Welker, PGI or YZ samplers. The integrated valve manifold offers quick and easy isolation of the unit from the process without shutting down the pipeline. The LE2KO is available in fixed probe and automatic insertion models. We are delighted to announce that Haldatec have been appointed Australian distributors for the Purgasa range of equipment.

This will enable Australian industries to access the unique SmartWatchTM leak detection and monitoring systems for relief valves, shut off valves, steam traps and similar devices.

Taking the guesswork out of gas temperatures - Predicting gas temperatures for analysers

Industry now has available prediction techniques for calculating the temperature of pipeline gas that is being presented to on-line analysers. Thus the risk has been taken out of having a liquid laden sample or a non representative sample, that can damage analysers or not make the analysis meaningful.

Proprietary programmes have been developed specifically for use with Welker insertion regulators and Pressure Tech heated regulators.
