Gas Control

The WelkerJet and Jetstream valve has been an industry standard for city gate, industrial and power station gas control for over 40 years. Tank Gas Blanketing

Not being content with the performance of modified gas regulators traditionally used for tank blanketing. The founder of VCI, Yen Ligh, designed and developed a true tank blanketing valve that set new standards of performance and overall value, yet to be equaled by any of the imitators that came after. The VacuGard valve range demonstratively offers more construction options, installation features, better performance, less maintenance requirements and spare parts costs than any other tank blanketing valve. Making it the best value valve available.
Importantly the VacuGard has been saving our customers thousands of dollars in the cost of blanket gas.

Haldatec have been providing unrivalled back-up for the VacuGard for over 13 years. They have sufficient stock of valves and spares available to be able to quickly deliver a valve in any configuration. All valves are bench tested before dispatch eliminating the need for site setting. If in the unusual circumstance repairs or service are needed, Haldatec can provide a 24 hour turnaround.

Tank Vent Valve

To compliment the range of Tank blanketing valves VCI have developed a range of pilot operated vent valves that utilise the same reliable, high performance pilot used in the VacuGard. Using a pilot operated valve will allow the set pressure to be set more accurately and at a higher value than with standard conservation vents, with the added benefit that it remains completely gas tight until the set pressure is reached. Thus a smaller valve can be used, the set point can be accurately determined and blanket gas or tank product is conserved.

Small high capacity check valves are available for a range of services where other valves are normally limited in flow or set pressure. Haldatec has the ability to change specifications to suit particular installations and applications.

Relief
Intended for use in applications such as regulator downstream relief where high capacity and limited physical size is required.. Often used in conjunction with regulators feeding closed loops
