Haldatec have available controllers and timers that are used with sampling, odourant injection, flow, pressure and temperature recording. All can be used in stand-alone situations.
Controllers
Signal to pulse converters and timers easily convert a digital or analogue signal to a pulse output to drive solenoid valves for use with sampling and chemical or odourant injection.
Typical uses would be ship loading and off loading and stand alone installations such as pipeline installations where electrical power is either not available or poses complications for hazardous area installations. Particularly applicable in systems requiring simplicity and reliability.
Water-in-Oil Monitors
For automatic control and real time measurement of the presence of a water-in-oil a monitor is ideal. They are an excellent instrument to use in an oil sampling system in combination with a probe sampler as well as being an excellent choice for BS&W monitoring . Tanker loading and unloading, auditing loads for water content in excess of allowable specification are other areas where these instruments are used. They are available in 1 to 48 inch bore sizes and have IECEx certification
