Our new Analyzer Liquid Shutoff (ALS) prevents liquid of any kind from entering your gas chromatograph, keeping the analyzer columns safe from damage and saving you expensive repairs or column replacement.  The ALS installs quickly and easily to both field and laboratory gas chromatographs and features a see-through sight window for instant visual confirmation of flow status. The ALS is equipped with a shut-off ball that floats on the free liquid and moves up to shut off the flow of liquid slugs that will flood the analyzer. The ALS should be used on chromatographs, portable and permanently mounted, calorimeters, moisture analyzers and stack sampling systems. Welker CP-42GA Constant Pressure Sample Cylinder

An inert precharge gas holds the piston against the product at slightly above pipeline pressure, thus preventing a phase change to occur. Welker CP-55EM Constant Pressure Transportable Sample Cylinder
Sample Cylinders

The Welker CP-55EM transportable constant pressure cylinder is designed to hold an exact representative sample from the pipeline flowing conditions, and in the same state, excluding temperature. A sealed piston is utilized in a honed cylinder with a precharge gas on one side that is 10 - 20 psi (70  - 140 kPa) above pipeline pressure. This precharge keeps a constant pressure on the product being sampled into the product side of the cylinder, thus keeping it in exactly the same state of condition as it is in the pipeline. The cylinder’s physical size and weight make it easily transportable in any situation.
